Returns/ Refunds for in person & online training, training kits & manuals and Ebooks or deposits for training are unavailable. ALL SALES ON THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL!

Lash supplies can be be returned and refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened or undamaged. If you request a return or exchange you must send the product back first. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
