REFUNDS & RETURNS

Returns/ Refunds for in person & online training, training kits & manuals and Ebooks or depsoits for training are unavailable. ALL SALES ON THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL!

Lash supplies can be be returned and refunded or exhchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened or undamaged. If you request a return or exchange you must send the product back first. Please allow up to 5-7 working days for a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We specialise in providing unique, glamorous lash sets, but what’s a good lash set without top quality supplies? That’s why we also take pride in providing great lash supplies. We are also invested in expanding the eyelash extenions business through our training programmes.

Being a part of the eyelash industry in the UK for over 5 years has been an amazing experience but there is a noticeable lack of good quality and accesible lash products. Our mission here at D’glamhause is to provide our customer with consistent, high end luxury supplies that won’t be a hassle to recieve or collect!
